Here’s an exercise to induct and break ice with new recruits, or just as a warm-up. We see this happen as a bonding session between seniors/role models in an organization and their juniors. An equal number of new and existing employeees grouped together, to facilitate networking with each other. The method is simple: we give team-members a task to be accomplished within 3 cooker whistles.
The debriefing could also include how the setup was a classic example of how great teams in the company work and a demonstration of the company’s core values as a corporate.
